Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on any e-liquids or cartridges.

Exchanges

If you received the incorrect item and need to exchange it, please return the item as normal with a request for the exchange (if it’s the same price) or request a store for credit.

If you received a faulty item and it is covered under warranty you can exchange it by requesting a product exchange when placing your return request. Please visit the “Product Warranty” page for more information.
